Life Groups

Much of our growth in our faith and in our relationship with Christ comes through the friendship and encouragement of other Christians. At PBPC, we encourage this growth through an assortment of small study and fellowship groups we call Life Groups. Some of the groups are targeted at selected populations of our members and friends, and others are open to all. Groups meet on the church campus unless otherwise specified.

The Life Groups use a curriculum called Experiencing Jesus which uses a DVD and discussion group format. The groups meet in different locales and at different times of the week to accomodate peoples differing schedules. Call the church if interested in signing up, or use our Event Signup form.

Congregational Care Ministries

Congregational Care Ministries is a component of the Help and Care Ministries of the Deacons, an extension of the ministry of PBPC to the elderly, homebound, ill, hospitalized, the dying, and residents of senior homes. It includes conducting Bible studies and a worship service for residents in senior facilities. It encompasses visiting, encouraging, consoling, and praying with PBPC members, friends, and their families. It often means responding to emergencies.
